I appreciated the inspector’s honesty and transparency. They didn’t sugar-coat any issues but provided practical solutions for addressing them, the report was received the day of inspection as promised was a pleasure dealing with Tess & Ginnie in the office in fact so good that I used HVPBI on a duplex in Maitland area and for a Practical Completion Inspection PCI/ Handover Inspection in the Hunter Valley area of Lochinvar.
