We were against the clock in our cooling-off period for a property in The Hill. We booked online with Hunter Valley Pest and Building, got the inspection done the next morning, and had the full PDF report in our inbox that same evening. The speed was amazing, but the quality was even better. The report was detailed, easy to read, and gave us the confidence to proceed. For fast, professional service in Newcastle, HVPB is the only choice. Emily & Tom, The Hill, Newcastle
The HVPB website says they cater to the ‘pedantic purchaser,’ and that’s me. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest report; I wanted the best. The pre-purchase inspection report for our new home in Pokolbin was a work of art. Every single observation was backed by a high-resolution photo and a clear, no-nonsense explanation. Craig, our inspector, was a licensed builder with decades of experience, and it showed. For a truly meticulous inspection in the Hunter Valley, look no further. The Clarke Family, Pokolbin, Hunter Valley

We had Hunter Valley Pest and Building Inspections complete a dilapidation inspection before a major retaining wall project near our home in Shoal Bay. Craig was extremely thorough and professional.
The report was clear, detailed, and included all the photographic evidence we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing pre-construction protection. Shannon.G
